These terms govern your use of the Vestry marketing site at vestry.io. They do not govern the Vestry product (the Vault), which is governed by a separate terms-of-service agreement delivered at sign-up. A final, attorney-reviewed version of this document replaces it at launch.

Use of this site
You may read, link to, and share the public pages on this site. Joining the waitlist or writing through the contact form does not create a contract between you and Vestry — it is an expression of interest, which we will respond to in good faith.
Section II
Information we will not promise
We have not yet launched the Vestry product. Pricing, features, and timelines described on this site are preview information and may change before the private preview opens. Once a member joins, the terms in effect at that time are what bind both parties.

Trademarks
"Vestry" and the Vestry wordmark are trademarks of Vestry, Inc. The brand identity, including the four-color system and the use of EB Garamond as the wordmark face, is documented in our brand book.
